"As a friend be there, listen
& care more about your friend
then you do yourself."
This is reflected in Philippians 2:3-4:
"Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too."
Star's interpretation: Try to be "Selfless" in dealing with others rather than"Selfish." It doesn't show weakness...it shows humility.

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for this blog. I say you on the Monique show yesterday and your words was just such an inspiration for me. I am on Weight Watchers and I have lost 30lbs so far but it is such a struggle. I love what you said about getting your mind together. Those words was just what I need. I am at home with pneumonia and trying not to eat up everything because of this medication. But I thank you for all your positive words. You are a true God send. May God bless you always
